This guide walks you through the steps to start using Aegister VPN. Follow them to complete activation and configuration.

1. Purchase of the VPN License

  • User license:
    Buy a VPN license package, priced per user. Select the plan that fits your organization.

2. Organizational Profile

  • New customers:
    If you are a new customer, provide the information to create your organizational profile:
    • Company name and industry.
    • Names and email addresses of technical and administrative contacts.
    • Any other information the service activation requires.

3. Registering Users for Aegister VPN

After you buy the license and complete your organizational profile, register users:
  1. Open the management portal:
    Go to this link.
  2. Add the user’s email:
    In the portal, add the email address of the employee who will use the VPN. The user then receives instructions to activate and configure their access.
  3. Activate the VPN on the device:
    After you add the emails, each user receives an email with instructions to connect to the VPN. For the mobile app, log in via SSO or email and password, or download the certificate to install on your device (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
